• Where is the store based?

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  i plan to ship out your tag re-order within 3-4 weekdays from receiving it. there will be times when i really truly need 5 weekdays, but i'll let you know if that's the case.

  i use Priority mail with the USPS. if you need faster, i will bill you for the difference, just let me know!

  i live right in the middle of the usa, so a decent size city on either coast is 3 days. smaller towns take 4 days.

  assuming they aren't on strike, orders to canada take 6-8 weekdays.
  new zealand and australia tend to take 10-12 weekdays.
  uk takes 10days, and other larger eu countries take a day or two longer.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  i do, but i am not willing to pay any fees if your country requires them. contact me if there are any questions! : )
